Quartermass 2 (retitled Enemy From Space for the U.S.) was the first movie sequel to use numeric designation. In the original BBC serial, "2" also referred to Quartermass' unstable atomic rocket, his second attempt to conquer space. Sequel to Hammer's first world-wide hit "The Quartermass Experiment" (The Creeping Unknown in the U.S.).

Description
During a routine drive to his observatory, Professor Quartermass (Brian Donlevy) finds a mysterious government facility surrounded by guards and mines. Curious, Quartermass investigates only to find alien invaders.
